Yep, we are just focused on strength training, that’s it. Don’t worry, we have a couple pieces of cardio gear, but strength training is our focus. So, no rows of treadmills, no Zumba classes, just – lifting heavy things and putting them down, safely.
On the "Safely" point - we have plenty of machines so you can workout your whole body in a controlled way - nobody is expected to be shoulder pressing a barbell on day 1, and on that, if it hurts doing 1 exercise - DO NOT GIVE UP! Tell us! Maybe we'll have another way to work that muscle that doesn't help, maybe we'll suggest stopping that movement and focusing on something else because it's important to focus on what you CAN do - not what you cant!

Strength training – done right – won’t aggravate your knee or back issues, it can help fix them! Strength training – done right (with the right nutrition, which we can help with), is the best way to lose weight – and make sure – what’s underneath when the weight is gone, looks amazing.
